Sign in and open the highlighted current lesson on the home page. Libraski will then guide you through the learning path step by step.
Completed exercises, words, XP and reviews are saved to your account. If your connection drops briefly, you can submit the exercise again without receiving the reward twice.
Your personal reviews only contain words that you have already encountered in a lesson or practice session. The order reflects how urgently each word needs strengthening.
A mistake may cost one heart. Practice sessions help you strengthen what you have learnt; your current number of hearts is always shown at the top of the app.
Choose “Forgot password” on the sign-in page. We will send a time-limited link to the email address on your account.
Open Settings and go to Account. Security-sensitive changes may require you to confirm your identity again.
In Settings, you can enable two-factor authentication (MFA) by scanning a QR code with your authenticator app. Keep the recovery codes in a separate, safe place.
The Plus page clearly shows every included benefit and the price before you subscribe.
You can manage your subscription and payment details in the Plus and billing area of your account.
Team members only see the contact and account information made available for your request. Internal access, notes and transfers are logged for accountability.
You can delete your account in Settings. If self-service is unavailable, start a chat with customer support here.
Your chat stays safely in the customer support queue. It is assigned as soon as a suitable team member becomes available. We do not show invented waiting times.
